When is check-in / check-out?

Check-in time is at 1300hrs on the day of your arrival and check-out is up to 1100hrs on the day of your departure.

Can I ask for an earlier check-in?

You may ask for an earlier check-in but this depends on the availability of your room. Room cleanliness is our priority and our housekeeping need ample time to make sure that your room is in tip-top condition before your arrival. You may wait in the pool area if the pool area is not ready.

Can I ask for an later check-out?

If you wish for a later check-out time, please advise our reception beforehand and we’ll try to accommodate your request but this all depends on other arrivals on the day. A late check-out fee might apply.

Do you have a baggage room where we can store our luggage before check-in / after check-out?

Yes, we do. We have a secure baggage room where you can store your luggage for pickup later.

We understand the importance of being readily available to our guests. You can reach us 24/7 through text messaging, WhatsApp, or by calling us at +356 99288668. Additionally, as we reside near the B&B, we can promptly address any concerns that may arise during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

When is breakfast served?

A continental breakfast is served daily from 0730hrs till 1000hrs at lounge area and back yard on the ground floor of the hotel. This is included in the price paid when you secure your reservation.

Where can I dine close to the hotel in Nadur?

Is situated in the old centre of the city where you can find some of the best dining experiences, from casual to fine dining, there are also some great bars and coffee shops. All this within 500 meters of our property.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Each room is equipped an air-conditioning system for cooling and heating, Kindly make sure that the windows are fully shut and doors are closed. This ensures that the system works efficiently.

Is there a Wi-Fi connection in rooms?

Yes, Free WiFi is accessible anywhere within the accommodation and the password is provided in the room

What is the hotel’s pet policy?

At Our Hotel we our passionate about animals, however at this time we can only accept guide dogs.

When is housekeeping service provided?

Housekeeping is provided between 1100hrs – 1500hrs upon request, free of charge.

Linen is changed on request

Do you have baby cots available?

Yes we supply baby cots or folding bed on request and free of charge.

What plug type is used inside the hotel?

As with the standard in Malta, we use plug type G, which is the plug that has three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. We do provide European type plugs in every room.

Will we have TV in our room?

Yes, you will. All rooms are equipped with a smart TV ranging from 43 to 50 inch with standard TV channels. The set also allows you to login with your Netflix account for those nights when you’d rather Netflix and chill.

What other facilities are available in the room?

Each room has tea and coffee facilities. Some rooms also enjoy ensuite facilities , a working desk and a mini bar.

Can we smoke inside the rooms

All our rooms are strictly non-smoking.

Where is Gozo?

Do you offer parking facilities?

No, but there are plenty parking spaces in the public street, right in front of the hotel, free of charge.

How do I get around Gozo?

In Gozo we say that all roads lead to Nadur and that’s very accurate. Being in the centre of Gozo, the City is a great starting point if you wish to discover the island’s length and breadth. What’s most convenient is that every bus route in Gozo starts and ends at the nadur Bus Terminal,

Whether you want to visit the natural wonder that is Dwejra, the gorgeous Xlendi bay, or one of the island’s quaint villages, you are just a step away.

You may also hire a taxi or rent a car while you’re on the island. There are plenty of operators that offer this service. Also, with the island being so small, travelling on foot is also very possible.

Are there any events in Gozo?

What is there to see in Gozo?

Can I see Gozo in a day?

No. Gozo might be a small island but you’d be surprised at the many places to see and visit. If you really want to experience Gozo, without hastily going to places trying to see everything in one day, you have to spend several nights on the island. Gozo is not a day trip destination.

Which is the closest beach to the hotel?

Nadur being in the centre of the island means that you are never far from any beach, a 10-15 minutes’ drive will get you to any beach in Gozo.

What is there to do in Gozo?

Hiking, diving, snorkelling, swimming, kayaking, boating, cycling, abseiling, rock-climbing, horse-riding, canoeing, segway tours, yoga, and wine-tasting are just a few activities you can enjoy while on the island. We also recommend joining in the many events organised throughout the year, especially the traditional ones like the village festas organised during summer. If you just want to chill and relax, the island offers many places and opportunities to just do so.

If you choose our ‘Free Cancellation’ option when submitting your reservation, you will be fully refunded if you cancel your stay up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
